What if I miss the deadline? 

Since late orders or add-ons delay delivery for the entire group, a $10 processing fee will be charged to any order placed after the deadline. Late orders can only be accepted one day after the deadline. 

Not all online stores are eligible for this courtesy of late orders. Your store’s point of contact and Blue Cactus Printing representative will determine if this is an option for your store at the time the store is OPENED, not at the conclusion of the agreed upon terms of the store.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Once garments are decorated, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR INCORRECT SIZING OR WRONG ITEM(S) ORDERED. Please review your order carefully. Sizing guides are shown for each garment, if available. Please use these guides to determine correct sizes. 

If in between sizes, consider going a size up. 

Refunds are only issued due to manufacturer defects or misprinted items. For example, a tear or a hole in the garment, incorrect logo placement, or incorrect sizing sent. 

When will I receive my items?

All online store orders are produced on demand in 7-10 business days from the store closing deadline. Your store contact person will arrange for distribution to you unless shipping was selected. The ETA for your order will be displayed on your receipt.

What happens if there is a mistake on my order?

Blue Cactus Printing will make every effort possible to ensure order accuracy, however we are human and mistakes can happen. Please contact us to discuss your options.

What if an item is out of stock or unavailable?

Sometimes, a product goes out of stock before we can get it ordered from our suppliers.

If any item from your order goes out of stock we will notify you and process a refund for that item immediately. 

Why does my packing slip say ‘Will ship separately’?

This could be due to a substitute garment being ordered or an error on our part. Please allow additional time for processing. 

Why was my order or item refunded?

Orders are typically refunded due to a backordered or an out of stock item. You will be notified via the email provided with your order. The refunded amount will be posted to your credit card within 5 business days. 

What if my item is defective or misprinted?

Items that have a defect or are misprinted will be issued a refund. Please contact us to begin the process.

How many items does my group have to order?

Our online store minimum order size is $300.00 in total or 10 items per decoration method. Refunds may be issued if your store does not meet our printing requirements.

How will my items be printed? 

Blue Cactus printing reserves the right to choose the decoration method if minimums are not met.  Screen printing, embroidery, or Direct to Film transfer will be used based on the quantity and complexity of the design.
