You and an online store manager work together to build the online store. You'll approve designs, choose garment options, and determine pricing.
Your friends, family, coworkers, and community place their orders online. Don’t forget to promote your store on social media for more orders!
Your store closes and your orders are sent into production. From there, the orders are boxed and ready for shipment or pick-up. We then send you a check for the profit earned.
We make raising money stylish! Online stores are an easy way to fundraise for any cause. Talk with your Online Store Manager about adding fundraising pricing to your store items. You’ll determine how much money from each product goes towards your cause.
Online store pricing vs. Bulk order pricing IS NOT THE SAME. Online store pricing is $2.00 more per item as it involves more work and effort on our part. Bulk orders require the customer to do all of the work (collect payment, create list of items, distribute the orders, etc).
Our online store minimum order size is 20 items per decoration method. Refunds may be issued if your store does not meet our printing requirements. Blue Cactus Printing reserves the right to choose the decoration method.
Add up to 12 products to the free store. Use our ‘Core’ products.
Once garments are decorated, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR INCORRECT SIZING OR WRONG ITEM(S) ORDERED. Please review your order carefully. Sizing guides are shown for each garment, if available. Please use these guides to determine correct sizes.Â
If in between sizes, consider going a size up. ABSOLUTELY NO changes or edits can be made once the store closes.
Refunds are only issued due to manufacturer defects or misprinted items. For example, a tear or a hole in the garment, incorrect logo placement, or incorrect sizing sent.
All online store orders are produced on demand in 10 business days from the store closing deadline. Your store contact person will arrange for distribution to you unless shipping was selected. The ETA for your order will be displayed on your receipt.
Sometimes, a product goes out of stock before we can get it ordered from our suppliers.
