Why Order From A Real Shop

Embroidery is where corner-cutting shows up fastest. A logo digitized badly puckers, loses detail and looks cheap on gear people are supposed to wear to work.

Your Logo Gets Digitized Properly

Embroidery machines do not read a logo file, they read a stitch file. We build that file for your logo, which is what decides whether the small text reads or turns into mush. It happens here, not at a vendor you never hear from.

You Approve A Stitched Mockup First

We send a free mockup back within 24 hours showing your logo at the real size on the real garment. You catch anything you do not like before a machine touches your gear.

Digitizing Is Quoted, Not Sprung On You

The stitch-file work shows up on your quote before you approve anything, and it is a one-time cost. Every order after this one runs off the same file at no extra charge.

Stitched Twenty Feet From The Phone

Our machines are in the same building as the person who answers when you call. If something needs a second look, someone walks over and looks at it that day.

A Stitched Logo Upgrades Almost Anything

Embroidery turns everyday gear into sharp, professional team wear. Here is what we stitch most, though if you have something else in mind, just ask.

Row of custom embroidered caps

Hats & Caps

Structured, unstructured, trucker, beanie and rope caps. Flat embroidery or 3D puff for a logo that stands off the front panel.

Embroidered corporate polos

Polos & Button-Downs

The front-counter standard. A clean left-chest logo on a polo reads more professional than any printed shirt will.

Full back jacket embroidery

Jackets & Outerwear

Softshells, work jackets and varsity styles. Left chest, full back and sleeve, including tackle twill lettering.

Embroidered school staff uniforms

Staff & Uniforms

Work shirts, aprons and staff gear with names, titles or department lines stitched alongside the logo.

Embroidered softball team cap

Team & League Gear

Caps, jackets and bags for teams and leagues, with the same stitch file every season so year two matches year one.

Branded apparel kit with embroidered items

Bags & Extras

Duffels, backpacks, towels and beanies. If it holds a hoop and the fabric can take it, we can usually stitch it.

The Part Most Shops Leave Out

Start At Twelve Pieces

Plenty of embroiderers will not talk to you under 48 pieces. Ours starts at twelve, which is the number an actual small crew, a coaching staff or a front office needs. You do not have to invent demand to clear a wholesale minimum.

  • Twelve piece minimum, mix garments within the order
  • Any thread color you need
  • Per-piece price improves as the count climbs

Digitizing Is Where Logos Live Or Die

Your logo has to be rebuilt as a stitch path before a machine can run it. Done carelessly, small text closes up and thin lines vanish. We digitize it here and show you the result on your actual garment before anything runs, at the size it will really be.

  • Your logo digitized into a clean stitch file
  • Free stitched mockup back within 24 hours
  • The stitch file stays on file for reorders

Placements, Puff And Twill

Left chest is the default, not the limit. We run more than ten placements including sleeve, back yoke, cap side and cap back. Ask about 3D puff on caps and tackle twill lettering on jackets when you want the logo to carry from across a room.

  • More than ten placement options
  • 3D puff available on caps
  • Tackle twill lettering for jackets and varsity

Order Once, Reorder In A Call

Once your logo is digitized, it belongs to your account here. Hire six people next quarter and one message runs the same stitch on the same gear, matched to what your team already wears. No re-digitizing and no drift between batches.

  • Stitch file and thread colors kept on file
  • Reorders match the first batch exactly
  • About 7 business days once approved

I recently ordered a large amount of polos for my middle school music program. I ordered them fairly close to my performance and Daniel and the team were great in getting the order set up and shipped out in plenty of time for our concert! The polos are high quality with beautiful stitching of our school logo.

Common Questions About Embroidery

What is the minimum order for embroidery?
Twelve pieces, and you can mix garments within the order. Most embroiderers make you clear a much bigger wholesale minimum before they will take the job. Twelve is the number a real crew or coaching staff actually needs.
How much does custom embroidery cost?
It depends on the garment, where the logo goes and how many you need. The pricing calculator on this page gives you a real number in about a minute, or send your logo and you will get an itemized quote back with a free mockup.
What is digitizing, and do you charge for it?
Digitizing is converting your logo into the stitch file the machine actually runs. It is the step that decides whether fine detail survives. Anything your order needs is quoted up front before you approve, and once your logo is digitized it stays on file for every reorder.
How long does an embroidery order take?
Figure roughly 7 business days from the moment you sign off on the mockup. Working against a tighter date? Flag it when you send the logo and we will tell you yes or no, not maybe.
What garments can you embroider on?
Caps, polos, button-downs, jackets, softshells, work shirts, beanies, bags, aprons and towels. If it holds a hoop and the fabric can take a needle, it is usually fair game. Bring your own garments if you already bought them.
Where on the garment can my logo be stitched?
More than ten placements. Left chest, right chest, full back, sleeve, cuff, back yoke, cap front, cap side, cap back and beanie cuff among them. Multiple placements can run on the same garment in the same order.
Can you do 3D puff or tackle twill?
Yes to both. Puff gives a cap logo real height off the panel. Tackle twill is stitched-down fabric lettering, which is what you want for jacket backs and varsity numbers where thread alone would take forever and sit flat.
Will my logo work if it has small text or fine detail?
Sometimes, and this is worth asking before you order. Thread has a minimum size below which letters close up. Send your logo and we will tell you honestly what will read at the size you want, and what should be simplified for the stitched version.
