What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days after artwork approval and payment.

Pricing depends on a few factors: the number of shirts, how many ink colors are in your design, and the type of garment you choose. Screen printing gets more affordable per shirt as your order size goes up, which makes it a great value for bulk and business orders. Can I bring in my own shirts?

Yes — Blue Cactus Printing is happy to print on customer-supplied garments and other items. Just keep in mind that every fabric reacts differently to the inks, heat, pressure, and equipment used in screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, and direct-to-film.
When we supply the blank items, we guarantee the outcome. When you supply your own, we can't guarantee the result or that items won't be damaged during the process — so we don't offer replacements, reworks, or refunds on customer-supplied goods. We'll always do our best work and will reach out ahead of time if we spot any concerns. Payment for these projects is due in full and in advance.
If you have specific items in mind, contact us before ordering and we'll talk through what to expect.
